Boating makes team building better! And way more fun. Our partner, Island Lake Marine, is happy to work with us to build you a custom boating event. Wakesurfing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, and pontoon boating are all options for an afternoon on the water. They also have instructors, so you and your crew can learn together. Where else can you do this in Colorado? It is one corporate day they will never forget!

Our Live at the Lake summer concert series is an excellent way to get out and make employees, partners, and associates happy. Situated in the heart of DTC, our Wednesday evenings are available for corporate groups. Depending on the size of your group, you can reserve a dedicated beach area or the entire upper patio. For food and beverage, we offer private catering, pub food and our three bars, each serving beer, wine and craft cocktails.

Work then play. Think Summer Camp for adults. Team building, breakfast, and breakouts in the morning and then ALL the fun: wakeboarding, jet ski adventures, paddleboarding and cornhole in the afternoon - complete with live music or a DJ. We can even add the Pelican Princess for a complete day of water-filled excitement. We can organize this through our partner, Island Lake Marine.

Host a Friday Afternoon Club an the lake! Gather a group of coworkers and we can reserve a private space on the Breezeway patio, located just outside the Pub. This is ideal for smaller groups. We can help you find and hire live music and coordinate a sunset tour on the Pelican Princess. There is no better way to unwind than by the beach - in Colorado.

Hello Denver Tech Center! We recently partnered with House and Howell Social, Denver’s elite catering service. This means your company luncheon will be an extraordinary culinary success. Choose your menu, your table wear, and your service style: buffet or seated, and we can make it happen. Patio seating available weather permitting.

Theme parties are en trend right now. Pelican Bay is the perfect place to host a super fun beachside bash any time of the year. From an 80s theme to a Pirate Party to an Adult Prom - the ideas are endless! We know all kinds of musical acts to match your style, and we can help you find a party planner to create a theme supreme.

Do you want your own private beachside concert? We can do that! You can rent the entire venue and we can coordinate the same details we use for our summer concert series: stage, lighting, sound, and seating. Not sure who you want to hear? We can refer you to musicians, artists, comedians, and bands who put on great performances.

Just down the road, located within Cherry Creek State Park, The Family Shooting Center is a great place to practice team building, skill, and accuracy. Whether you want to do a catered lunch and then fire up the fun, or shoot first and then saddle up to The Pub’s boat-shaped bar, is up to you. Contact us and we can get this conversation started!

Yeehaw! Our neighbors at 12 Mile Stables offer guided horse-riding tours on more than 27 miles of trails and 3,000 acres of open space in Cherry Creek State Park. Treat your staff to an authentic Western adventure. If that isn’t your speed, they offer a sunset ride, pony parties, carriage rides, and more! (That horse right there is named Pipsqeak- isn’t he just itty bitty?).

Whether you want to throw an elegant, over the top gala, or a fancy fundraiser, we can comfortably seat up to 200 people in our Great Hall. If the weather permits, we can extend the seating to the patio for waterfront views overlooking The Marina.

Just about any event is better when live musicians show up and do their magic. From smaller trios to full ensembles, our acoustics are quality in the Great Hall. Weather permitting, you can hire a band to play the Breezeway, Patio, or even the Pub!
