Our multi-function hall offers flexible-use rental space for up to 250 people. Think of the possibilities! From fashion catwalks to theme parties to comedy shows to line dancing-don’t hold back. Host it here! We have the tables, chairs, and seating arrangements for you to customize your event. Tableware and linens are offered through our vendor partner, Event Rents.

The Captain’s Suite is an extra room to decompress or gather, and it is suited in style. From leather upholstery to designer touches, it truly is a place to relax and kick back. This room is private, and can be used as a green room, a prep room or it can be rented alone for showers and smaller celebrations. Lovely and bright, this room can be transformed with decor, or left as is, for a variety of uses.

Our patio provides sunny, outdoor seating by day, and in the evening, it can be transformed into a cozy, Colorado porch, an elegant social space, or anything in between. Our in-house rental fire tables and heat towers, combined with string lighting, make for a lovely evening in the Colorado air. From arches to uplights to s’mores tables - decor ideas are endless. Our space is one-of-a-kind! With a large upstairs event space, a smaller pub below, two outdoor patio spaces (one covered, one in the sun), you can say cheers to having fun while planning your next event.

Our on-site beach is just steps from the Lake House and across from the Marina. This unique space offers flexible use for unlimited kinds of entertainment, games, and outdoor fun.

Our venue includes a variety of seating options. No need to rent because we have large and small rounds, outdoor tables, and high tops.
